Emma Samyan, founder and principal attorney of ES LAW GROUP, is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney. Emma specializes in personal injury, estate planning, business formation, and business litigation. With a strong background representing a diverse range of clients—both individuals and entities—in state and federal courts, Emma has extensive experience in strategically navigating cases through all phases of litigation.

Prior to founding ES LAW GROUP, Emma served as a litigation attorney at several prominent Los Angeles firms, where she handled a wide array of matters, including personal injury and insurance defense, premises liability, environmental and toxic torts, labor and employment, real estate, business, and construction disputes. Emma has also represented clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation and Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases.

Emma earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served as editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review and had her work published in several scholarly journals. In 2014, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles and was thrice named to the dean’s honor list.
